Jen and I didn’t plan to be anywhere specific for our anniversary. But, as luck would have it, we ended up doing pretty much the same thing we do every year—riding bikes in the Utah desert. We just happened to be in Moab on our way through, and some friends just happened to be here too. So, we went on a super fun group ride on Captain Ahab, which also happens to be one of Jen’s favorite trails anywhere.
After so many months on the road, it feels very fitting to spend our seventh anniversary in the desert just a few hours from where we started this trip.
